Hunter’s Hill is at 18081 Midway Road in Far North Dallas, just minutes from the President George Bush Turnpike (SH-190) and the Dallas North Tollway. Those two routes make it easy to reach Addison, Carrollton, Plano, and Frisco, with a straight tollway commute south toward Downtown Dallas.

Addison’s Belt Line Road restaurant corridor is about 3 miles south, with a wide mix of restaurants, patios, and bars. Galleria Dallas, about 5 miles south, adds major shopping, an indoor ice skating rink, and Netflix House.

Restrictions: Aggressive breeds that are prohibited are defined as: Rottweiler, standard Doberman Pinscher, all breeds of Pit Bulls (Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Bulldog), Rhodesian Ridgeback, Chow, and any animal that exhibits aggressive behavior toward humans or other animals. All animals must be properly vaccinated through a licensed veterinarian and be licensed by the City if applicable.
